Jarvie, Alberta
Jarvie is a hamlet in central Alberta, Canada within Westlock County.[2] It is located 0.6 kilometres (0.37 mi) west of Highway 44, approximately 108 kilometres (67 mi) northwest of Edmonton.Jarvie is on the bank of the Pembina River, with the Canadian Northern Railway directly east to the townsite.[1] As a designated place in the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Jarvie had a population of 87 living in 48 of its 55 total private dwellings, a change of -23% from its 2011 population of 113.[17] This Central Alberta location article is a stub.
