Harbor Bluffs is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pinellas County, Florida, United States.As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 2,807 people, 1,186 households, and 876 families residing in the CDP.There were 1,251 housing units at an average density of 690.0 units/km2 (1,787 units/sq mi).There were 1,186 households, out of which 25.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.4% were married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.1% were non-families.21.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
