Burton Constable

Burton Constable is a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England.It is located approximately 9 miles (14 km) north-east of Hull city centre and 3 miles (5 km) south-east of the village of Skirlaugh.The civil parish is formed by the village of Burton Constable and the hamlets of Marton and West Newton.[2] It is the site of the Grade I listed Burton Constable Hall.[4] Marmaduke Tunstall, the eighteenth-century ornithologist, was born in the village.
