Financing was never fully completed for Vampirella: The Motion Picture and the film rights lapsed.In 1996, a Vampirella film adaptation was produced by Concorde Pictures, starring Talisa Soto in the title role.In 2021, Dynamite Entertainment announced a new feature film was in development in addition to plans for television adaptations based on the Vampirella Universe.
