Tsippy Tamiri

Tsippy Tamiri (1952 – 2017) was an Israeli mass spectrometrist, specialized in the analysis of explosives, drugs, and poisons.After discharge, she obtained a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.[1][2][3] Tamiri worked at the forensic laboratory of the Israel Police, where she was the head of the mass spectrometry department.[19] She served on the organizing committee of the second Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Sea Region Countries Mass Spectrometry – MASSA 2013 Workshop in 2013.[20] Book chapter Tamiri received the Yehuda Yinon Award in 2011.
