Mifflin Township, Richland County, Ohio

It is a part of the Mansfield Metropolitan Statistical Area.Located in the eastern part of the county, it borders the following townships: No municipalities are located in Mifflin Township.Statewide, other Mifflin Townships are located in Ashland, Franklin, Pike, and Wyandot counties.The township is governed by a three-member board of trustees, who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1.Law enforcement in Mifflin Township is the responsibility of the Richland County Sheriff's Office,[5] and fire protection and ambulance services are provided by the Mifflin Township Fire Department[6]
