Konrad Fiałkowski

Konrad R. Fiałkowski (29 December 1939 – 23 November 2020[1]) was a Polish engineer, information technology scientist and hard science fiction writer.[2] Born in Lublin, Fiałkowski held the titles of Professor at American Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Warsaw University.[3][4] In 1966 he was part of the team which designed the minicomputer series ANOPS [pl] for biomedical apptilcations.[5][6] Some author's short stories were adapted for film and TV: Kopia (2018, short film), based on short story Telefon Wigilijny ("Christmas Phone"); Biohazard (1977, TV film, 1975, TV show) based on short story Biohazard; Porprzez piaty wymiar ("Through the Fifth Dimension") (1973, TV film) based on the story of the same name.You can help Wikipedia by expanding it.This article about a science fiction writer is a stub.
