Pete McCaffrey

John Paul "Pete" McCaffrey (December 24, 1938 – March 4, 2012)[1] was an American basketball player.He played for the gold medal-winning United States men's national basketball team at the 1964 Summer Olympics.He also played for the fourth place squad at the 1963 FIBA World Championship.[2] McCaffrey was born in Tucson, Arizona and played collegiately at Saint Louis.[5] He was named an AAU All-American three times (1962–1964) while playing for the Wingfoots.
