Adam Atkinson
Since September 2023, he has been Bishop of Bradwell in the Church of England's Diocese of Chelmsford.Atkinson was born in 1967 and studied at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 1989.He trained for ordained ministry at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford, an evangelical Anglican theological college, from 2005 to 2007.[4] On 29 September 2023, he was consecrated as a bishop by Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury, during a service at Westminster Abbey,[5] before taking up his new role in November 2023.[6] This article about a Church of England archdeacon in the Province of Canterbury is a stub.
