Richard BiggsConservative No overall control Richard BiggsConservative No overall control The 2024 Reigate and Banstead Borough Council election took place on 2 May 2024 to elect members of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council in Surrey, England.The Conservatives made further losses, but remained the largest party on the council.[4] They continued to run the council as a minority administration after the election.The Statement of Persons Nominated, which details the candidates standing in each ward, was released by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council following the close of nominations on 5 April 2024.(Christian Stevens was the Councillor for Horley Central and South whose term came to an end in 2024.)
