2012–13 Eastern Counties Football League
The 2012–13 season was the 71st in the history of Eastern Counties Football League a football competition in England.[1] Dereham Town were crowned champions on 27 April 2013 after a 5–0 win over FC Clacton[2] and were promoted to the Isthmian League for the first time in their history.The Premier Division featured 18 clubs which competed in the division last season, along with two new clubs, promoted from Division One: Division One featured 14 clubs which competed in the division last season, along with four new clubs: Newmarket Town achieved promotion to the Premier Division on the 13 April 2013.[9] Cambridge University Press withdrew from the league on April 6, 2013.[10]
